Swingshift Nurses can supply you with a Tax file
number application form.
Taxes will be deducted from your weekly wage at the approved
scale. Refer to the Australian Taxation Office for up to date

Superannuation |
| After 1 July
2005 you can choose the superannuation fund or retirement
savings account to which Swingshift Nurses will make future superannuation
guarantee contributions. All members will receive the Choice
of superannuation fund Standard choice form – information
for employees (Australian Tax Office). Under the choice, an
employee has the ability to have their superannuation
guarantee contribution (SGC) paid into the complying super
fund of their choice. |

Health Insurance |
The Australian Government health insurance 'Medicare' is only
available to some passport holders from the countries of: United
Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, New Zealand, Netherlands, Malta,
Italy, Sweden and Finland.
Private Medical insurance is available from insurers including:
